She even acted like i was going to yell or whatever but the only time i even tried to raise my voice all i got out was but you. Every time i started to speak she would cut me off by speaking louder and angrier and verbally attack me and my family. she even started to verbally attack and accuse me like it was my fault. Her mood immediately changed, and she raised her voice and kept talking and interrupting me every time I even stated to look like i was going to speak. Not a problem except she had just offered a refund, and when asked that i can hold on to the card if there was time to use it, she never informed us of this policy. She refused a refund and said it was store policy. she checked the receipt and card, and it was in good order and unused. Staff refused a refund so i asked to speak with the lady from before that offered us a refund less than 40 minutes earlier. i offered to hold the $50 play card and even said Well if there's no time to use it i can just bring it back, and i was even asked if we still had the receipt, which we did.Īfter the go carts, we came inside and only had less than 30 min till close and not enough time for $50 play cards and we are there to fly out to GA early the next morning and the staff, and Manager know this from our earlier conversation. We purchased a card to do 2-3 rides each. When i say manage this was our assumption of her role, and the way she talked to the other staff and took over our initial purchase. So, the manager stepped in and offered to refund the card for one that would work for the go carts. But the card doesn't work on outside attractions. There were 5 of us and we arrived about 7:30pm and while talking with the rep at the counter about why we were in okc and where we were from and headed to, she sold us a $50 game card. There's some room for improvement but nothing that would prevent me from going again. Upstairs they have an indoor playground with a pretty tall slide for the kids. We went inside to play some of the games. It would be nice to see some more challenges. We tried the "hard" course, but it wasn't that difficult at all. Everything looked really well taken care of. It looks like they have taken care of that issue. There were areas where the "turf" was ripped. Last time I was there the course was looking a little rough. It was common in the bast to have people cut the line. I love that they changed the layout for the lines. He really enjoyed being able to pass everyone.
